News for 15 October 2023

This seems to have been a very mixed week as far as the International Ladies Club has been concerned. Some events have been very well attended and some have not.

This coming week we are looking forward to the Needlecrafters gathering and our Monthly Lunch so there is plenty to keep us occupied.

Please RSVP to let us know that you are coming and if the event is a new one to you, please try it out. You never know it might be the best one that you have ever attended.

I will leave the details of our AGM and Christmas Lunch as both are very important events in our yearly calendar. Please put both dates into your diary and RSVP and let us know that you are coming. We would love to have a great turnout to both events.

I want to draw your attention to the AGM which is advertised in this Newsletter. This is going to be held at Jasmine and will take place during the time of our normal scheduled November Breakfast on November 2nd at 9.30 am. We will need to ask for a contribution of $10 per person towards the cost of the hire of the venue and Breakfast. We would love as many of you ladies to attend as possible. Without your input we don't know how we are doing or what you would like from your club so please do attend.

Also, we are starting to plan the Christmas Lunch. This will take place on Thursday 14th December. This is a week earlier than our normal Lunches and it will mean that we will not be holding our usual Bowling Group in December. Please put this date change in your diaries too! We felt that by the 21st of December many ladies may have left the island or be too busy with other commitments to attend our Lunch.

I look forward to seeing lots of you in the near future. To get all the details on upcoming events, please see the full newsletter here.
