I hope that you are all well and are looking forward to returning to the island for the Autumn and Winter season.
All you ladies that have managed to attend the planned events so far, I trust that you have been able to enjoy them this week and had fun meeting up with other members.
We were back at our usual venue 'Fresh' for our Mahjong sessions this week and while we were still thin on the ground the ladies who attended had an enjoyable time. While I don't have much feedback from our Pickleball ladies I think that they are having fun.
Our Breakfast at Treats was an enjoyable occasion last Thursday. If you missed the fun, put our next Breakfast date in your diary and join us at Coffee Point in Pasadora Place.
This coming week we have our Bowling Group so if you would like to join us, please press the RSVP button to let us know how many ladies to expect.
Please make a habit of reading your Newsletter and responding for any event that interests you as soon as you can. This gives us the best notice period to enable us to plan the event for you.
We are very grateful as a member has offered her venue for our Happy Hour for September so that is marvellous. However, as you know I am always asking ladies if they will host our Happy Hours. We need 12 venues a year and the more volunteers we have the less people I have to ask. If September was not a convenient month for you but you could offer to host a different month, please don't be shy! Speak to me when you next see me and let me know which month you can host, and I will put your name is the diary.
