Another beautiful Cayman day and 12 ladies came together to enjoy a very convivial lunch at Bacaro in the Cayman Yacht Club.
I don't know whether it was because the restaurant had not long reopened from its September break or it was just a quiet day but we pretty much had the place to ourselves which meant a prime spot on the terrace with lovely breezes and no background noise from other diners so some fun conversations took place up and down the table.
The menu was varied but most seemed to choose the same options of the grilled snapper for main course. Personally I was going to do the same but instead opted for duck - which turned out to be a very tasty choice. All options of appetizer were tried apart from the octopus and the selection of desserts were also a hit with all. A chilled glass of wine helped wash it all down nicely :-)
