Happy Birthday to Ya!

It's well known that the ILC is an organization built on forming friendships and social groups and the crowd at Mah-jong just prove that all over.

October seems to be a boom month for birthdays and to celebrate that the ladies enjoyed birthday cake with their coffee and mah-jong.
